The Lazy Days Condominium Association is presided over by a Board of Directors. The Board is a volunteer group elected by Association members. It is the association's purpose to maintain and improve, so that we can continue to enjoy our complex and protect the value of our investments.

The purpose of this web site is to help share information about the Condominium Owners Association in a timely and efficient manner for the benefit of the Membership.
